Licensed in North Carolina, Ngoc brings a wealth of real estate experience spanning across Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Illinois, and Wisconsin — not just as an agent, but as an investor, business owner, and devoted wife, mother, and daughter. Having personally navigated nearly every home-buying milestone — from newlywed dreams to growing family needs, from multi-generational living to securing a safe and loving home for elderly parents — she understands that a house is far more than just bricks and mortar. It’s a life stage, a vision, and a legacy.

A proud Wake County homeowner since 2013 in urban, rural and suburban settings, Ngoc is deeply passionate about the evolution and growth of the Triangle area. Her mission is to help clients not only find a property, but to discover the place where their next chapter comes to life.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ngoc built a successful career in management consulting and start-up operations management — experiences that strengthened her research, analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. She later channeled her people-centered instincts into professional matchmaking, where she honed her intuition, coaching abilities, and talent for bringing the right pairs together.

A proud first-generation American, Ngoc was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States at age two. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where she developed the business acumen and global perspective that continue to shape her approach today.
